Shipping and Returns
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days. If a package is returned to us for any reason other than an error on our part (unclaimed package, incorrect address, etc.), you will be responsible for the return and reshipment costs. To receive a refund, you must contact us by phone to obtain an authorization. Products must be returned with the invoice and the authorization number. Any product returned without an authorization number will be refused and returned at your expense. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. You have 5 days from receipt to request an exchange or refund. Exchanges are processed subject to stock availability.
Shipping costs
Unless otherwise specified, shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Promotions may reduce or waive these costs. The standard shipping costs are:
- $18 for Quebec and Ontario
- $28 for the rest of Canada. Orders are processed within 5 business days, subject to availability. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Defective products
After providing written notice, any defective product may be returned within 10 days of delivery. Lueur & Mousse will then cover the return shipping costs as well as the cost of shipping a replacement product.
