1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern all sales of products offered by Lueur & Mousse on its website, associated platforms, and partner retail locations. By placing an order, you fully and unconditionally accept these GTC.

2. Products

Lueur & Mousse products are handcrafted in small batches.
The photos, descriptions, and information on this website are provided for informational purposes only.
Slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur due to the handmade nature of the products.

3. Price

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), plus applicable taxes.
Lueur & Mousse reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

The order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.
Lueur & Mousse reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute, suspected fraud, or availability issues.

5. Availability

Products are available while supplies last. If an item is out of stock after the order has been confirmed, the customer will be notified and may choose between: a store credit, a refund, or an exchange,

Payments are secure and accepted via the methods listed on the website (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
No products will be shipped until payment has been received.

7. Delivery

7.1 Deadlines

Orders are typically shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

7.2 Fees

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. The system usually calculates these amounts automatically based on your ZIP code.

7.3 Risks

Lueur & Mousse is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the carrier. Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

8. Returns and Exchanges

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for cosmetics, soaps, perfumes, or home fragrance products that have been opened or used.

If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, the customer must contact Lueur & Mousse within 48 hours and provide supporting photos. An appropriate solution will be offered (replacement, store credit, or refund).

9. Liability

Lueur & Mousse cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the improper use of its products.
Customers are responsible for checking the ingredients and ensuring they do not have any known allergies.

10. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, names, concepts, rituals, designs, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Lueur & Mousse.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

11. Data Protection

The personal information collected is used solely for order processing and is never sold to third parties.
Customers have the right to access, modify, and delete their data.

12. Force Majeure

Lueur & Mousse shall not be held liable in the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control (bad weather, strikes, breakdowns, pandemics, etc.) that affect production or delivery.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Quebec and Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.
